“Ros is an amazing trainer. Kind, humble and with a so much hands-on experience which she generously shares. I really feel I have learned so much on today’s course that I can use to improve my life and focus more clearly on how to get the best out of (and the best for) the staff that I manage. Thank you so much!’ Staff nurse
